What we collect
When you submit a service request we collect your name, phone number, property ZIP code, the service you select and any details you type about the roof. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, and keep records of the work. It is stored in our secure database hosted by Cloudflare and is not shared with third parties except service providers who help us operate the website, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We periodically delete requests that do not become a job. Records tied to work we perform are kept as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes.
Your choices
California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information. To make a request, call (626) 797-8536 or email wcproofing@gmail.com.
