Repairs we handle
Replacing broken or slipped clay and concrete tile, re-setting ridge and hip caps, replacing shingles, new flashing at chimneys, walls and skylights, new pipe boots and vent flashing, and sealing low-slope seams and penetrations.
On tile roofs, many leaks come from underlayment that has worn out beneath good tiles. We lift the tile in the affected area, replace the underlayment and relay the tile, reusing what is sound.
Repair or replace?
If the damage is local and the rest of the roof is sound, a repair is usually the right call. If the roof is near the end of its life or leaks in several places, we will tell you plainly that re-roofing is the better investment and quote both when it makes sense.
After an emergency tarp
If we tarped your roof, we already know the damage. We can quote the permanent repair from our photos and inspection so the tarp comes off as soon as practical.

Often yes. We lift tiles in the affected area, replace the underlayment and flashing as needed, and relay the tile.
